By Marsha Klein

The home land security department in the United States of America is concerned with matters that are bound to maintain the national security of the state. They are therefore on the neck of those people that seem to be posing danger to public safety and security. In the process they might extend their judgment to individuals who might have moved into the state when they were young and pose no threat. The functions played by the DACA within Summer School San Francisco however prevent this from happening.

One of the major challenges that they are facing is that of reaching its victims. It is very hard for them to produce an application form for its victims without putting them into danger. The moment they reach out to them Homeland department makes them its target. They are therefore looking out to ways that they can effectively relay their services without endangering the life of the person they need to help or any member of their family.

This department considers any immigrant that is illegal in the state as part and parcel of this team that is posing threat. They therefore ensure that these individuals are transported back to their states. The importance of the DACA is to therefore come in to offer help to young immigrants who might be a target to this department.

They should however be very eligible in terms of potential. In addition these individuals should have stayed in the United State of America for duration of five years. This stay need to be continuous and they should not have moved for any reason outside the state and they should have moved in to the state when they were below sixteen years.

These institutes is therefore not only working to keep them safe but also to integrated them to be part of the dream of the united State of America. Through their working they are able to support the economy of the state and therefore be part of the team that is working to the dream of America. This integration can as well enhance the social incorporation.

The youth must be between the age of fifteen and thirty years old to be able to benefit from this bill and if they eligible and had entered the United States of America when they were below the age of sixteen. In addition they might have been physically present in the state on the fifteenth of June last year and with a limited continuous stay period of five years.

Through this application the Homeland Security is able to make these individuals its target. This will not only endanger their lives but the lives of their family as well. It will make it easier for the Homeland Security department to track them down and to make them face deportation.

In no circumstances should they be a threat to the national security or be convicted for a crime. A study on the DACA in between Summer School San Francisco is therefore for those individuals who are victims of these circumstances to known on how they can benefit. Through these institutes many lives have been build and encouraged.
